Refund Policy

Students are entitled to apply for a refund for all or part of the tuition fees prior to the designated date and should be responsible for all other costs due to the course adjustment or withdrawal, such as fees for textbook, accommodation, visa, etc.. The refund policy for course withdrawal is as follows:

If students apply for a refund for canceling all courses within 5 working days after payment is credited to the designated account and prior to the first day of school, they can get 100% of the refund stipulated in the agreement. If students apply for a refund for canceling part of the courses, they can get 100% of the difference stipulated in the agreement. An overdue application for a refund will be refunded based on the following deadlines:

(1)On and before May 15, 2019 :

Full refund of the total amount stipulated in the agreement is available if you apply for a refund for the cancellation of all courses; full refund of the difference can be obtained if you apply for a refund for the cancellation of part of the courses.

(2)From May 16, 2019 to the registration day:

If you apply for a refund for the cancellation of all courses, the application fee and administration fee are non-refundable; 30% of the total agreement shall be deducted as a penalty for breaching the agreement while the remaining amount of the tuition will be refunded. If you apply for a refund for the cancellation of part of the courses, the application fee and administration fee are non-refundable; 30% of the total agreement shall be deducted as a penalty for breaching the agreement, and the rest of the tuition for the canceled courses will be refunded.

(3)Within the first three school days:

The application fee and administration fee shall not be refunded for the cancellation of all courses; 30% of the total agreement shall be deducted as a penalty for breach of the agreement; 3 days’ tuition fee shall be deducted while the rest of the tuition shall be refunded. The application fee and administration fee shall not be refunded for the cancellation of part of courses; 30% of the difference shall be deducted as a penalty for breaching the agreement; 3 days’ tuition fee shall be deducted for the canceled course(s), while the rest of the corresponding tuition shall be refunded.

(4)Starting from the fourth school day:

Students may apply for withdrawal from the school (i.e. all courses are withdrawn), but cannot withdraw from one single course. When students apply to withdraw from the school, the application fee and administration fee are non-refundable and 30% of the total amount of the agreement shall be deducted as a penalty for breaching the agreement. A deduction of the tuition fee shall be made according to the contact hours one has taken; the rest of the tuition shall be refunded.

When the cancellation of courses is confirmed, the promotion code and coupon expire immediately; if you apply for a refund of the application fee, administration fee and tuition, you will be refunded from the actual amount of your remittance.
* Difference is the the amount of tuition of all selected courses minus the amount of tuition after one has canceled part of the courses.
